- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking page to update after you receive it. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight, using trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, USPS). Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country — these are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Shipping Costs at Checkout
The exact shipping charge for your order is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For U.S. orders you will see $8.95 for orders under $10, or Free for orders of $10 or more.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before shipment. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address can be reshipped; reshipping fees may apply.
