30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Oreganix, a brand operated by Media Goats INC., we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the terms below.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible.
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• For dietary supplements and consumable products, a physical return is not required — contact us by email to request your refund.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email help@theoreganix.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Non-Eligible Refunds

• Requests submitted outside the 30-day guarantee period.
• Subscription renewal charges processed after the 30-day window from the original order's delivery date (see Subscriptions below).
• Original shipping and handling fees.

Subscriptions

If your order includes a subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges — manage your subscription through the link in your order emails or by contacting us. Each subscription shipment is covered by its own 30-day guarantee from its delivery date. Renewal charges themselves are not refundable once a renewal order has shipped, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer — processing times vary. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at help@theoreganix.com.
